The past 6 months I've explored trails in the Champlain Valley of Vermont. Discovering brooks, streams, lakes, ponds, and swimming holes. Taking great delight in the extra long daylight of summer. I've been drawing outdoors, taking my sketch book with me as I hike, walk, and sit by the river. These images are 6 x 6 inches on a heavy bristol paper. I have about 60 drawings so far and have them taped on the wall in my studio.Thinking about imagery for an intaglio or maybe a whole new series of multi-media...... |
